I made a terrible mistake during the last get-together with my friends. I forgot that the majority of them follow a low-carb diet plan. 

And guess what? I ended up being the only one who ate most of the food that I prepared. It was frustrating! 

Now, the gang has planned a new get together. And this time, I don’t want to make the same mistake again. So, I decided to hunt for some low-carb recipes and found this amazing kitchen helper. Ta-da! CARBQUIK!

Carbquik is a low-carb baking mix made with Carbalose that is similar to Bisquick. What I like about this gem is it contains less net carbs than Bisquick. It is the perfect ingredient for my low-carb recipes!

Greetings Kind Regards I utilized CarbQuick for the first time while attempting to manufacture English Muffins The end product was crumbly I prefer not so Is this common for this product Is it possible avoid this so it is chewy Thank You Kindly

Hi, Bernard. Which recipe did you use for the English Muffins? CarbQuik tends to "translate" into foods that would use Bisquick, so ideal for muffins, pancakes, dumplings, waffles, beer bread, and the like. English muffins tend to be airy and yeasty more than dense, so CarbQuik might not give you the desired effect in an English muffins recipe. Hope this helps. Andi
