Hi, Bernard. Which recipe did you use for the English Muffins? CarbQuik tends to "translate" into foods that would use Bisquick, so ideal for muffins, pancakes, dumplings, waffles, beer bread, and the like. English muffins tend to be airy and yeasty more than dense, so CarbQuik might not give you the desired effect in an English muffins recipe. Hope this helps. Andi
