Dr. Steven Gundry suggested that Gundry MD Polyphenol-Rich Olive Oil can be taken as a daily “shot,” used in baking, on salads, or to sauté veggies and proteins. He claimed it may help with weight management, mental clarity, joint discomfort, and promote softer, hydrated skin.
