If you’re looking for easy Easter appetizers to serve before the big meal, this list has plenty of delicious ideas to choose from. These recipes work well for brunch, lunch, or dinner and include everything from elegant bites like Asparagus Tart to hearty favorites like Classic Sausage Balls and fresh, colorful Greek Salad Skewers. 🐇 💐
WANT TO SAVE THIS?
1. Asparagus Tart
I really enjoyed making this and it’s been one of our family favorites. Folded sheets of phyllo dough with slices of brie or camembert tucked in, slivered asparagus and parmesan with eggy sour cream to make a custard-like base. It’s a winner as a brunch option or appetizer!

2. Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
Still haven’t found your Easter appetizer? Then maybe our recipe for Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus might do the trick. These Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus spears are so easy to make and will be a surefire hit.
3. Mini BLTs
The usual suspects that would go on your favorite BLT go into a tiny appetizer sandwich made with toasted baguette slices, bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Make them pop just a bit more with our Bang-Bang Sauce instead of mayo.

4. Baked Prosciutto Cups with Whipped Goat Cheese
Looking for a fun and eye-popping fall appetizer? It doesn’t get more impressive than these prosciutto and cheese party appetizers, with cups made of baked savory prosciutto strips and filled with lightly seasoned goat cheese.
5. Easy Sweet & Spicy Chicken Tenders
Everyone’s favorite dippin’ chicken made all the better. Say it’s for the kids but it’s really the grownup party favorite too—for Easter parties and beyond.

6. Cheddar Bacon Ranch Biscuits
Don’t you just love a good cooking shortcut? That’s where these Cheddar Bacon Ranch Biscuits come in—crispy center-cut bacon, shredded cheese and ranch seasoning. Starting with frozen Grands Biscuits, this is truly an easy biscuit recipe for a lazy weekend breakfast or a last-minute Easter brunch.

7. Mini Greek Salad Skewers
Craving a Mediterranean bite? These easy-to-make mini Greek salad skewers—loaded with tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, and olives—make a fresh treat that is as attractive as it is delicious and fun to share.
You can find these cute nonplastic Bamboo Knot Skewers on Amazon.

8. Baked Avocado Fries
If you’re looking for unique and different Easter appetizer recipes, then try making these Baked Avocado Fries. You’d think the only thing you can make with avocado is guacamole, but nope! These bake at high heat instead of going into a deep oil fryer.
9. Old Fashioned Bacon Cheese Ball
Try this Cheese Ball Recipe With Bacon as your next easy, budget-friendly appetizer! Imagine creamy cheese, smoky bacon, and spicy jalapeño with your favorite dippers.
Check out these super cute Easter table settings and party supplies. Somewhere between whimsical and practical, this set will make cleanup a breeze.
10. Simple 7-Layer Dip Cups
These individual 7 Layer Dip Cups are the ultimate party snack! Layered with guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and more, everyone gets their own so there’s no double dipping.

11. Bacon Deviled Eggs
Whether you are ready to use up those colored Easter eggs in recipes today or you just want to treat yourself to an old-fashioned tasty Easter appetizer of yore, we add some pizzazz with the smoky flavor of crisp bacon!

12. Cowboy Caviar
Lots of spring colors in this springtime-forward bean salad. Easily dipped with tortilla chips or spooned onto a plate like a flavorful bean salad. It’s versatile, good for you and a real dump-it-in-a-bowl and chill kind of Easter appetizer recipe. Pretty too!

13. Budget-Friendly Bean Dip
A couple cans of white beans and a handful of spices whipped up in a small food processor and you are about to enjoy one of the lowest cost homemade party dips around!

14. Ham & Cheese Puff Pastry Pinwheels
What’s not to love about crisp, buttery puff pastry slices of ham and some melty cheese? Serve warm or at room temperature, but these disappear at every party we set them out for.

15. Bacon Crackers
I’ll admit right now that these are welcome at every holiday party we host or attend. They are just as good warm from the oven or air fryer as they are at room temp. A mix of bacon, brown sugar and your favorite cracker and you have a real crowd-pleaser.
Do you want a new air fryer? This Cuisinart Air Fryer is on our countertop right now. It is almost always cooking something and I highly recommend it. I do place a pull-up sheet of foil in the catch tray to help with cleanup.

16. Shrimp Stuffed Avocados
If you’re having a brunch or luncheon and want to wow your guests with a healthful, homemade recipe, try this refreshing shrimp stuffed avocado. It’s light, eclectic, creamy, and savory—perfect for an appetizer or a light entrée. 🐇 💐
17. Goat Cheese Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes
The sweetness of the plump tomatoes complements the tangy goat cheese in such a surprising little mouth pop of flavor! They don’t stand up perfectly so if you’ve found a trick to get that bottom just right, let me know!

18. Rotisserie Chicken Salad
Fruity, nutty and creamy, this rotisserie chicken salad starts with any pulled homemade leftover chicken, or start with that store-bought cooked chicken and put it to good use! This is great with crackers, slathered onto mini croissants, or just piled high on an Easter luncheon plate.
19. Roasted Pear Salad
Renee’ came up with this years ago and she was very new to taking pics of food, so this one is a bit dark. I promise it’s delicious and thoroughly bursting with springtime flavors! Swap out whatever lettuce you prefer; it’s a simple salad full of roasted, spiced and sliced pears!

20. Creamy Broccoli Salad
This crunchy yet creamy broccoli salad is a yummy side dish for any meal. It is pretty simple to make and you can make it advance because we recommend that you chill in the fridge prior to serving it. Now, I wouldn’t claim that this the most healthy appetizer because it does include sugar and mayonnaise but it is a great way to sneak some broccoli on the plate!
21. Sweet Potato Rounds in the Air Fryer
I’m such a huge fan of sweet potatoes, especially the light colored yams we used in this recipe. (These are Japanese yams—very sweet and not as starchy as the orange sweets, but any will do for this recipe.) This is a simple appetizer made with slices of sweet potatoes, a bit of olive oil and spices. They come out crisp and tender, and go great in my Thick & Clingy Blue Cheese Dip.

22. Sausage Balls
I grew up with these savory, poppable morsels: Biscuit mix, shredded cheddar and bulk breakast sausage rolled up and baked. A winner at parties, brunch and more.
Roll ’em by hand or use this large cookie scoop! OXO is always on my wishlist. Let me know if you’re a cookie-scooping pro or if it’s new to you too. (affiliate)
