- ½ c celery leaves
- ¼ c salt
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and thoroughly dry the celery leaves.
- Chop the celery leaves into small pieces that are about an inch thick.
- Lay the celery leaves out on the parchment paper and spread them out as much as possible.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes
- Turn the oven off but don’t remove the celery leaves.
- Keep the leaves in the hot oven for 2 hours to allow for them to crisp up.
- Add the dried leaves to a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
- Mix in the salt and stir to combine fully.
- Store in a cool, dry place in a closed container.
