Ingredients
  

  • ½ c celery leaves
  • ¼ c salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  • Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and thoroughly dry the celery leaves.
  • Chop the celery leaves into small pieces that are about an inch thick.
  • Lay the celery leaves out on the parchment paper and spread them out as much as possible.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes
  • Turn the oven off but don’t remove the celery leaves.
  • Keep the leaves in the hot oven for 2 hours to allow for them to crisp up.
  • Add the dried leaves to a food processor and pulse until finely ground. 
  • Mix in the salt and stir to combine fully.
  • Store in a cool, dry place in a closed container.
