How to make homemade celery salt. All you need is an oven, celery leaves, and salt.

- ½ c celery leaves
- ¼ c salt
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and thoroughly dry the celery leaves.
Chop the celery leaves into small pieces that are about an inch thick.
Lay the celery leaves out on the parchment paper and spread them out as much as possible.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes
Turn the oven off but don’t remove the celery leaves.
Keep the leaves in the hot oven for 2 hours to allow for them to crisp up.
Add the dried leaves to a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
Mix in the salt and stir to combine fully.
Store in a cool, dry place in a closed container.
