- 1 can crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 package of instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 c mini marshmallows
- ½ c chopped pecans
- 8 oz Cool whip
- Add the pineapple with the juice and the pudding mix to a large mixing bowl. Stir the ingredients together until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
- Fold in the Cool Whip and the marshmallows.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
