Oh, oh-ree-oh, the white stuff. This is another of many fluff delights that I want you to try before the year is up. This fluff doesn’t use cream cheese—only pudding mix, Cool Whip, OREO Minis, and mini marshmallows. It’s so light and creamy, you can pretend it’s good for you. Since there are so many “fluffs” “delights” and “salads” out there, I will tell you this, the consistency of the finished result is a lot like mousse.
Here are the steps, tips and you can find the full recipe card below with measurements and ingredients.

Let’s Make OREO Fluff
Tools you’ll need
Grab it online: Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
With just five ingredients, you’ll have a light-tasting, creamy and fluffy mousse-style dessert with some of the finest cookies made today.
Make the pudding: Follow the directions on the package for pudding (not pie filling).
Time for whipped topping: If your Cool Whip is frozen, leave it out on the counter for about 30 minutes and it should be thawed. Once the pudding is set, you can gently fold in the Cool Whip.
Coarse crush: I like OREO Minis for this recipe because they remain whole but small enough to fit on my spoon. If the “normal” OREOs is all you have, manhandle a baggie to break them into pieces. Or do both: crushed Double Stuf and some whole Minis.
Be patient. Impossible to imagine, but let this set for an hour in the fridge so the pudding firms up a bit.
Try something new
Chocolate Pudding – Try this OREO Fluff recipe with chocolate pudding for a one-two punch of deep chocolate flavor. It tastes a bit like chocolate mousse with OREOs in it. Or Cheesecake Flavored pudding for a richer finish.
OREOs – While I may be stating the obvious, what I mean is, try all the different flavors. Mega Stuf, Golden, I’m currently crushing hard on the BTS version, which tastes like waffles and syrup but better. Post Malone’s Salted Caramel. Peppermint, Peanut Butter, OREO Thins, OREO Loaded, Strawberry Milkshake OREOs. I could go on, but you get the picture.
Who doesn’t love a parfait? Layer OREO Fluff into a parfait or trifle with berries, another layer of fluff, crushed OREOs, and chocolate chips.

Can this be made a day in advance? Or does it have to be eaten right away?
Hi Nelly. It doesn’t stay quite as fluffy, but it will still be delicious the next day. After that, condensation starts to form, so stir that in before serving. The OREO pieces will soften quite a bit overnight. Hope that helps. -Andi
Can you use cheese cake pudding instead of vanilla pudding?
Yes, for sure. Might make it even better, honestly. Let us know how that comes out for you. –Andi
