Lamb roll 1 pound of ground lamb seasoned 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 minced garlic clove or tbl sp powdered garlic I 8X8 inch pie crust rolled out flat on a sheet of floured wax paper lay the lamb mixture across the pie crust leaving an inch on the edges then roll the pie crust and lamb into a pin roll and bake 35 - 45 minutes
