To make chicha morada you’ll need purple corn, pineapple, lime juice, cinnamon, whole cloves, sugar and diced apple.

Take a large pot and fill it with water, now add dried purple corn, whole cloves, cinnamon sticks and peels of pineapple and apple.

Remember to add the wastes of the fruits too, as they are the taste enhancers and bring it to boil and simmer until all flavors are mixed together.

It will probably take 45 mins.

Add lime juice and sugar, then strain the water and chill it.

Chicha De Jora is an alcoholic drink that is widely used in various cities of Peru. 

The exciting thing is that you can make this beer at home.

The  process starts by boiling the soaked yellow maize called jora.

Then strain the jora corn and cook it on low flame for eight hours, then add chancaca and sugar, and stir until it dissolves.

Then fill up a large vessel with the prepared chicha and allow it to ferment for several days.

The ingredients you need to make this smooth drink are sugar, cinnamon stick, milk, eggs(whites and yolks separated), pisco and vanilla essence.

All you have to do is boil milk with cinnamon on medium flame.

Beat the eggs white by gradually adding the yolks then add the boiled milk over it. 

Finish it with adding vanilla essence and pisco. 

Garnish it with ground cinnamon and your warm drink is ready to be sipped down.

It is a strong alcoholic drink consumed by people of Peru.

It is a hot drink with spices that can be taken after a meal for a pleasant ending to lunch or dinners.

It has a subtle amber color and can be taken in winter nights to get cozy.

You need basic kitchen ingredients like lime juice, salt, sugar, cinnamon sticks and orange juice to make Canelazo. 

In addition aguardiente or rum will make it an alcoholic beverage.

It is prepared by using Algarrobina syrup which is extracted from the algarrobo tree. 

This cozy drink is prepared with pisco, Algarrobina syrup, condensed milk,egg white and ground cinnamon. 

Put all the ingredients in a blend and mix well, pour it out into a glass and garnish it with ground cinnamon. 

The egg white contributes to the thick creamy and fluffy texture.

Leche De Monja is a frothy cocktail.

You just need eggs, sugar, lime juice and pisco to make this delicious and creamy drink.

Marinate the eggs and cover them with lime juice in a sealed jar and refrigerate it for 2 to 3 weeks.
