Will you try this one?
When Pepsi introduced its gingerbread-flavored soda in November 2024, the response was underwhelming. Now, the brand is releasing a new flavor that adds a twist to the classic Pepsi Cherry.
Allrecipes reported that the new Wild Cherry & Cream flavor will come “both full and zero-sugar varieties” and will be added to the permanent portfolio, which is good news for those who love a sugary soda experience.
Based on the report, the new flavor will be available to the public in late January, but the exact date is not confirmed.
Bailey Fink of Allrecipes tried the full-sugar version early and described the new flavor as having “a similar burst of sweet, fruity flavor followed by a hint of vanilla.” She added that it’s similar to Coke Cherry Vanilla but closer to Dr. Pepper’s Strawberries & Cream soda.
Food blogger Markie Devo also shared his thoughts on the new flavor after trying it early. He described it as “flavor reminded me of a vanilla Pepsi creamsicle float with a cherry swirl.”
Fans filled Devo’s Instagram post with excited comments. Some wrote, “Omg!!!!” showing their excitement, while others said, “I’ll be grabbing the zero-sugar one!”
Many complimented the can design with comments like, “Cool can design👌,” and others shared their high hopes for the flavor, saying, “This is gonna be so good!”
