Your cookies could be the key to ending childhood cancer.

Children fighting cancer need your support. The “Challenge for a Cure” campaign, a partnership between Challenge Butter and Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, is actively raising funds to help improve pediatric cancer treatments through bake sales and donations.

Launched on October 16 this year and running until December 31, the initiative aims to make “a meaningful impact in the fight against pediatric cancer,” according to Gretchen Witt, Executive Director of Cookies for Kids’ Cancer.

To get involved, individuals and communities can sign up for bake sales and receive kits, along with guidance from the Cookies for Kids’ Cancer team. Sharing the cookie creations on social media with the hashtag #ChallengeForACure and tagging @ChallengeButter and @Cookies4Kids also helps spread awareness.

For those unable to host a cookie bake sale, there’s still a way to support research: direct donations. Simply click their “Donate Now” button choose a one-time or monthly contribution, select the amount, and provide contact details.

Actress Olivia Sanabia and book author Hetal Vasavada have already lent their support to the campaign. Sanabia baked a batch of Stained Glass Cookies to kick off the partnership and posted a video on her Instagram account to encourage her followers to join the cause. Vasavada shared holiday baking traditions and tips on hosting a bake sale to further promote the campaign.

Challenge Butter has committed to donating $10,000 to help fund pediatric cancer research and encourages everyone to join the cause. The company also introduced a limited-edition holiday pack featuring their signature elk and the Stained Glass Snowflake Cookie recipe to inspire participants.

“For decades, families across the country have trusted Challenge for their favorite holiday meals and traditions, and this year, we can’t think of a better way to give back than by donating $10,000…” said Priya Kumar, VP of Marketing at Challenge.
