If you have access to Concord grapes, this is a fantastic dessert to try!  

Grape dishes can indeed be savory or sweet.  

It’s best to use concord grapes because they are slip-skin grapes since you need the skins to slip off
since you can easily peel their skin off before baking.  

It is not hard, but it does take a bit of time to skin the grapes and then separate the seeds by boiling. 

It is worth the effort, with the write-up being easy to follow.

This beautiful and texture-loaded appetizer does and wowzer, what a rich grape taste they release when roasted.  

Add them to the top of your crostini bread with whipped ricotta cheese, drizzle a bit of honey and thyme, and the party is ready to start!

Oh, this is just divine!

Another great appetizer or snack here!   

Take those delicious grapes and mold goat cheese around each one, and roll between your hands
for a smooth finish.  

Then take each cheese-covered grape and roll it in a bowl of chopped pistachios.  

Keep refrigerated until time to serve!  

Definite wow factor!

If sorbet is more your style and easy is your preferred cooking mode, recipes with grapes do not disappoint!  

Here black grapes are used, AND no need to remove skins.
