Cheez-It is hoping to be more than just your favorite snack for game day munchies. Instead, it also wants to be your go-to brand for making unforgettable football memories.
Early this December, Cheez-It announced its “Fantaseez” contest, offering football and Cheez-It fans the chance to turn their wildest game-day dreams into reality at the 2024 Cheez-It Citrus Bowl, an annual collegiate bowl game.
From tying the knot during a two-minute timeout wedding to stepping into the spotlight as the official Cheez-Caster, the event is designed to “take their football dreams to the next level.”
Cheez-It invites fans to share their wildest on-field ideas, turning the most creative ones into reality during the game. Submissions are open from now through December 15th, according to the brand.
“We’re celebrating the joy of obsessed fans living out their dreams – no matter how absurd – and of course giving them a cheezy twist,” said Cara Tragseiler, the spokesperson of Cheez-It.
How to enter the contest, according to Cheez-It
Cheez-It confirmed that no purchase is needed to join, and the event is open to legal U.S. residents. Available “Fantaseez” include the Marriage Fantasy (marrying a partner on the field), the Cheez-Caster Fantasy (reporting from a giant Cheez-It bowl), or the option to suggest a custom fantasy.
