Hi, Honey! 7-Eleven Launches New Sweet & Spicy Menu Items at Two Restaurant Concepts

If bird is the word, then honey’s on the money.

Available now through Jan. 7, 2025, 7-Eleven’s Raise the Roost and Speedy Café offer limited-time new menu items featuring a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey.

7-Eleven’s Southern-inspired chicken concept restaurant Raise the Roost has introduced Mike’s Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit Breakfast Meal Deal. This meal includes a signature double hand-breaded chicken tender drizzled with Mike’s Hot Honey on a buttery home-style biscuit, served with a large coffee.

The restaurant is also offering the Mike’s Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich Meal Deal, which features double hand-breaded chicken tenders on a buttered brioche bun, topped with the sweet and spicy flavor of Mike’s Hot Honey, and served with a Big Gulp drink.

At Speedy Café locations, customers can expect two new sweet and spicy menu items: Mike’s Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza and Hot Honey Boneless Wings.

The Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza combines savory pepperoni and melty cheese with just the right amount of sweet spice, while the Hot Honey Boneless Wings feature juicy boneless wings coated in Mike’s Hot Honey, available for $5 for Speedy Rewards members.

“We’re always on the lookout for the next flavor craze that our fans love, and this sweet-and-spicy collab with Mike’s Hot Honey is exactly that,” said William Armstrong, Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations at 7-Eleven, Inc.

Meanwhile, Mike Kurtz, founder of Mike’s Hot Honey, said they’re “proud” to collaborate with 7-Eleven, adding, “We’re thrilled that this delicious [chicken and pizza] flavor combination will be available at Speedy Café and Raise the Roost restaurants around the country.”

7-Eleven runs over 83,000 stores in 19 countries, with 13,000+ in the U.S. Besides Raise the Roost and Speedy Café, 7-Eleven also operates Speedway, Stripes, and Laredo Taco Company.
