23 Valentine’s Day Cocktails (A Unique Way To Celebrate Love)

23 Valentine’s Day Cocktails (A Unique Way To Celebrate Love)

Looking for just the right cocktail to start off your Valentine’s Day evening? We have 23 Valentine’s Day Cocktails for you to choose from.

Something rose hued or deep red?

Maybe something sweet or possibly spicy?

Want to add in an ingredient that is an aphrodisiac like strawberries?

Maybe just a little something to help put you in the mood to celebrate your relationship?

Some say that this is the most romantic day of the year, and in honor of this annual tradition, I have gathered twenty three Valentine’s Day drinks to consider serving.

Some may be familiar, others new.

Rest assured, the Valentine’s cocktails included here will in some way fit the vibe of the Day!

Whether you are bringing on the romance or celebrating with family or friends, may it be the perfect day to say, “I love you!”

Cards, chocolates, and flowers are fine and dandy, but not much beats setting aside some time with a loved one or friends, with a good drink in hand and some excellent music playing!

Also, the ever-beloved Valentine’s Day Cocktails come in quite a few different interesting looks and flavors. You’ll see delights in our list, such as cutesy Cotton Candy Champagne For Valentine’s Day and simply divine Raspberry Rose Cocktail.

Be sure to check out #22: The Hermione Granger Cocktail.

First up on our list of Valentine’s cocktails is the strawberry sour candy cocktail.

It includes pink cranberry juice, strawberry run, strawberry pucker, lemon juice, and grenadine.

The rim is dipped into a sugar and citric acid mixture.

Garnish with strawberry sour candy on arrow cocktail picks for a snazzy presentation.

Easy Valentine’s drinks are what we are after here and this one is kind of an updated version of a pina colada.

This raspberry version includes white rum, raspberry syrup, RumChata, raspberries (or any berry you wish), and a pina colada cocktail mix.

Garnish with a heart shaped marshmallow on a long cocktail stick!

Valentine’s Day drinks can be fun and easy like this love potion vodka.

It includes vodka, peach schnapps, and red grapefruit juice.

The rim is dimmed into a pink and white sugar mix.

Garnish with half a strawberry and maraschino cherries!

Sweet!

Gotta love a Valentine’s Day drink that gives you several variations!

This Cupid’s arrow cocktail punch includes frozen raspberry (or pink) lemonade concentrate, white (or pink) cranberry juice, and sparkling rose (or white) champagne.

Make it a mocktail by swapping out the champagne for ginger ale, sprite, or club soda.

Garnish with a few fresh raspberries.

Cheers!

Simple Valentine’s cocktails dominate this list.

This recipe for a love potion cocktail is a combination of amaretto, grenadine, orange bitters, and Squirt soda.

Garnish with a lime wedge and a few cherries!

Lovely.

Creative Valentine’s drinks are the category I would put Cupid’s panties in.

It is a layered shot recipe of tequila rose, Godiva white chocolate liqueur, and whipped cream.

Strawberry cream lovers will especially enjoy this shot!

Or two!

Some Valentine’s Day drinks have a classy vibe like this one!

These raspberry sorbet pink champagne floats are made with, well, not so shockingly, pink champagne and raspberry sorbet making it both a drink and a dessert!

Very pink, fruity, and bubbly!

Beautiful is how to describe this Valentine’s Day drink.

The raspberry kiss cocktail is made with just raspberry lemonade and vodka.

The rim is dipped in simple syrup and red sugar.

Garnish with a skewer of fresh raspberries.

Easy peasy!

I find it funny that there are several Valentine’s cocktails called Lovebug!

This one includes white cranberry juice, lemon-lime soda, vodka, and grenadine.

Pop a few cherries on top and it’s pretty in pink!

For light and refreshing Valentine’s drinks, consider this Cupid’s pink arrow!

It is made of vodka, raspberries, lemon juice, blood orange liqueur, orange juice, and a bit of Splenda.

Garnish with lemon slices and raspberries.

Some Valentine’s Day drinks are rich rose petal colored like this cranberry amaretto kiss recipe!

It is made with vodka, cranberry cocktail juice, amaretto, and orange juice.

Shake and strain into your martini glass.

It is bound to make your day even better.

If fruity is what you are after, this Valentine’s Day drink is for you!

This screwdriver cocktail is made with maraschino cherry juice, strawberry syrup, vodka (if you want, or not), and ice.

After shaking add the cherry lime Italian soda.

Garnish with strawberry and cherry since it is entirely too perfect!

Romantic wine Valentine’s cocktails add a touch of class to the evening.

Heart-shaped ice cubes would certainly add to the elegance factor!

The raspberry Moscato cocktail will start your night right with dry ginger ale, raspberries, Sweet’N Low, and Pink Moscato.

Garnish with a skewer of raspberries.

Perhaps fun and flirty Valentine’s drinks are on your menu!

These are made with raspberries, sugar, Chambord, tequila, and lime juice.

The rim has lime juice dipped in strawberry Pop Rocks!

This margarita is bound to put a “pop” in your enjoyment!

Gorgeous Valentine’s Day drinks in tall champagne glasses will let your loved one know you planned ahead!

This cotton candy champagne is exactly that, a medium sweet champagne with cotton candy mixed in and served on top!

Colorful straws complete the collection!

This Valentine’s Day drink, raspberry rose, is punchy, saucy, and fun!

It is made of gin, raspberries, rose petals, sugar, water, and egg white.

Instructions are given on how to make the raspberry rose syrup.

Garnish with skewered raspberries across the top!

Often Valentine’s cocktails incorporate fresh fruit and in this recipe uses two!

If planning ahead is your specialty, this recipe will put that skill to good use both deseeding a pomegranate and making the vodka water mixture into ice cubes.

This cocktail consists of champagne, grapefruit juice, and pomegranate seeds.

The champagne flutes will be stunning and topped with skewered strawberries!

Be prepared, this cocktail on my list of Valentine’s drinks is very different!

It is made with strawberry flavored vodka, creme de cacao, heavy cream, milk, and chocolate syrup.

The rim of the glass is dipped into melted chocolate chips.

Garnish with chocolate shavings and a strawberry.

Indulgent Valentine’s Day drinks are often only enjoyed on special occasions, so this seems like the perfect time!

This shot is made with Bailey’s Red Velvet and vodka.

Garnish the glass with whipped cream and red sugar.

Interestingly, this recipe for a Valentine’s Day drink is inspired by a cheesecake which is at the top of my personal favorite dessert list.

It includes vanilla vodka, butterscotch liqueur, grenadine, pineapple juice, and whipping cream.

Garnish with cherries or line the rim with heart-shaped sprinkles.

Sweet, tangy, and rich!

This cocktail needs to be started eight hours before serving.

Unlike other Valentine’s cocktails, this one includes an herbal tea.

Damiana to be exact which is cold steeped in dry sake and muddled with fresh raspberries.

Serve in a martini glass, garnish with more raspberries, and a spritz with rose water.

Did you know Valentine’s drinks are often inspired by people or places or stories?

This Harry Potter inspired cocktail has raspberries and raspberry jam smashed together with rosemary, lemon, apple cider vinegar, vodka, and sparkling water.

The rim is coated in a mixture of dried rose petals, lemon zest, and sugar.

Garnish with cherries!

To conclude this list, I have a Valentine’s Day drink that is as easy as it is delicious!

Three layers to this martini are cherry juice, grapefruit juice, and gin.

Add a bit of colored sugar to the rim and garnish with a strawberry.

Ahhh!

The bottom line

Whether you went all out with cards, gifts, and treats or you went simple with the gift of time and food, may your Valentine’s Day drinks, food, and celebration be memorable and full of love!
