The soft pull-apart rolls soak in a glossy butter glaze laced with Dijon, Worcestershire, and poppy seeds. Inside, thin layers of tender turkey and melted provolone meet the tart-sweet burst of cranberry sauce, held together in warm, golden sliders. The top caramelizes just enough in the oven, while the cheese stretches into creamy threads. Serve these hot, with napkins ready to catch the sweet-salty drips.
Tips for Success
- Use leftover Thanksgiving turkey if you have it.
- Add a teaspoon of leftover stuffing to each roll for even more flavor.
- If using jellied cranberry sauce, slice into even ¼-in. rounds for neat layers.
- For sharper flavor, swap in Swiss cheese instead of provolone.
- Brush glaze over the edges of the bread for maximum caramelization.
- Let the sliders rest a few minutes before cutting so the layers stay intact.
