How To Make Ranch Pork Chops In The Slow Cooker

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • Boneless pork chops — Go with a thicker cut if you want extra juicy pork chops. You can choose a thin pork chop if you want them to cook faster. Note: You can make this recipe with bone-in pork chops, but it will increase the cooking time.
  • Dry ranch seasoning — This is the special ingredient in this recipe that adds that fantastic flavor that we all love.
  • Chicken broth — This adds a savory base and helps thin out the sauce as it cooks.
  • Cream of chicken soup — This is your secret ingredient for a creamy gravy that is full of flavor. It keeps you from need to create a homemade roux.
  • Heavy cream — Boosts the richness and makes the finished sauce ultra-silky and spoonable.
  • Garlic salt — Adds seasoning while keeping the prep simple.
  • Black pepper — Rounds out the flavor and gives just a hint of bite.

Step-By-Step

Step 1: Add pork chops to your slow cooker. Place the pork chops in a single layer in the bottom of your slow cooker. You don’t need to sear them first, just dump them in.

Step 2: Mix the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together all of the remaining ingredients until smooth and combined.

💡 Tip: Don’t worry if the cream of chicken soup doesn’t fully blend—any small lumps will melt during cooking.
