Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops

4 boneless pork chops 1 1 oz packet of dry ranch seasoning ½ cup chicken broth 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup 1 cup heavy cream 1 tsp garlic salt 1 tsp black pepper
Place pork chops in an 8-quart slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, heavy cream, garlic salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the pork chops.
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 3 hours, until the pork is fork-tender.
Serve over mashed potatoes and drizzle the creamy ranch gravy on top. Enjoy!
You can substitute bone-in pork chops , but increase the cook time slightly.
Easily stretch this to 6 pork chops without adjusting sauce quantities.
