These slow cooker ranch pork chops are a creamy, comforting dinner made with just a handful of ingredients. Super tender and smothered in ranch gravy, this dump-and-go recipe is perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 1 oz packet of dry ranch seasoning
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place pork chops in an 8-quart slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, heavy cream, garlic salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture over the pork chops.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 3 hours, until the pork is fork-tender.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes and drizzle the creamy ranch gravy on top. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute bone-in pork chops, but increase the cook time slightly.
  • Easily stretch this to 6 pork chops without adjusting sauce quantities.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2–3 days.
