Ingredients
- 3 avocados, large ripe
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced skin and any tough edges removed
- 1 roma tomato diced small (about 1/3 cup)
- 1/2 fresh cilantro finely chopped (using kitchen shears can speed up this process)
- 3 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions
- Cut the avocados lengthwise, discard the pit, and scoop out the soft, ripe flesh into a medium bowl (or molcajete if you have one)

- Stir in the lime juice, salt, garlic, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Taste and adjust—more salt or lime juice, to taste.
- Gently fold in the diced red onion, roma tomato, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately alongside tortilla chips, tacos, Fritos, or veggies.
