The brand has a new star.
Curtis Stone has successfully built a brand around his cooking. After earning his Michelin star and becoming a well-known figure in the culinary world, Stone partnered with Cobram Estate in 2019 to create his own line of custom extra virgin olive oils.
Now, that partnership is expanding. The extra virgin olive oil producer has named Stone its official brand ambassador for a yearlong collaboration. “I personally use Cobram Estate extra virgin olive oil in so many of my dishes because of its unmatched flavor and culinary versatility,” said Stone.
As part of the partnership, Stone will create ten exclusive recipes, which will be shared with fans online. Cobram Estate’s oils will also be featured on the menu at Stone’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Gwen.
Recently, the brand shared a dairy-free recipe for Spiced Apple & Extra Virgin Olive Oil Crisp on Instagram, created by Curtis Stone. The apple crumble has “three types of apples for the perfect blend of sweet-tart flavors.”
“The secret? Premium extra virgin olive oil creates the most incredible buttery-crisp topping you’ve ever tasted!” Fans responded with excitement: “Oh yumm 😋” and “♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️.”
Home cooks can shop for Cobram Estate olive oils starting around $13, with first harvest olive oils going for about $50.
