Starting November 11, 2024, veterans and service members can enjoy a free 16-ounce hot or iced coffee at any participating Whataburger location. This offer is available not just on Veterans Day, but every day of the year.
“Whataburger knows the call to serve doesn’t follow a 9-5 schedule, which is why this offer is available 24/7,” the company shared in a press release.

To take advantage of the offer, veterans and active-duty military members need only show proof of service or wear their uniform. The Texas burger chain says this 24/7 perk is a “thank you” for their service, available anytime—whether early in the morning, late at night, or anywhere in between.
The company also reported that the free coffee offer for veterans and service members is only valid in-store at participating locations, meaning they must visit a Whataburger restaurant to receive their complimentary coffee.
“At Whataburger, we are committed to giving back to those who have sacrificed for our country, and this is just one small way to show our appreciation,” the company added.
