While fresh mangos are available most months of the year in the U.S., you can also find frozen mango chunks too. Some of these are so easy, like the Mango Float (it’s an icebox cake!) or Grilled Mango With Whipped Honey Ricotta Cream. 2. Mango Sorbet
Use fresh mangoes for a bright, luscious and light dessert.
I hadn’t heard of mango and zucchini in one sentence before, but these vegan, GF treats look great. Dates add a caramel-like sweet texture.
This fresh mango dessert thickens into the deliciousness you can top with even more mango chunks. No eggs, no pudding mix, use cornstarch to bring this one to life.
Two ingredients, two rounds in the food processor—DONE! Chill overnight.
Fresh mango, sugar, lime juice, coconut milk with a coconut topping. I’m in!

8. Mango Float
It’s an ice box cake with just a handful of ingredients. Can be frozen and served like an ice cream cake, too. So much easy winning.

Pound cakes are famous for their rich, dense crumb. Add that tropical edge, and it’s bliss.

13. Mango Bars

I’m so curious about this one: mango, cottage cheese or paneer… and silver leaf? A lightly sweet filling rolled up into thin slices of ripe mango.
I’ve already processed my latest batch of champagne mangoes into puree for this season or I’d be making these right now.
