Who can say no to the tender and freshly-prepared steak bursting with flavorful goodness of meat? Pair them with sweet-tangy BBQ sauce and creamy mashed potatoes; now, that's heavenly!

I simply can’t stop myself from adding them to my summer table, especially if I have special guests hanging around. I have these two of my go-to steak dishes: the Texas Roadhouse steak copycat and this Sirloin steak recipe. They're utterly savory and tasty steaks you shouldn't miss!

But I have this terrible habit of over-preparing my steak (Oops!) and ending up with tons of leftovers.

So to save face, I decided to learn how to make use of them so my steak won't go to waste ever again. So what to make with leftover steak?

The good news is I found these eleven recipes online, and I would love to share them with you.

From your go-to snacks down to flavorful dinner meals, these leftover steak ideas will remove your leftover worries and step up your steak game in no time.

1. Leftover steak nachos

If you like nachos, then this leftover recipe is for you!

It has everything you love about classic nachos, including hot sauce, shredded cheese, salsa, and the highlight--your leftover steak!

They're a perfect treat to serve for your upcoming movie night or even for a fun family dinner.

You can pick your favorite salsa and toppings with this leftover steak nacho recipe. Don't worry! They work perfectly fine.

Looking for a perfect pair for nachos? I go with this no-mayo Carolina coleslaw recipe and a glass of lemonade for a refreshing, sweet, and tangy pairing.

2. Leftover steak soup

Another good way to make use of your leftover recipe is turning them into a savory soup. Behold, the leftover steak soup!

It mixes leftover steak, Italian seasoning, beef broth, mushrooms, and some spices resulting in a flavorful winter winner dish! If you're not into mushrooms, disregard it and add cauliflower, diced eggplant, zucchini, or put the extra onion on it.

To complete this hearty recipe, I suggest pairing them with Tex-Mex quinoa salad, omelet, or fried rice

Here's the recipe.

3. Leftover steak hash

What to do with leftover steak? Simple, make a new delectable meal out of it!

In short, leftover steak hash!

This luscious recipe has a combination of potatoes, parsley, and eggs that creates a burst of exciting flavor in the mouth.

The addition of spices and butter also provides a buttery and mouth-watering aroma that's so tempting and satisfying.

Quick note: If you don't have rosemary or parsley, you can opt for thyme, chives, or any herbs of your liking.

4. Creamy penne pasta

One of the recipes for leftover steak included in my top list is this creamy penne pasta dish. They might look intimidating but trust me, they're so easy to make!

You won't believe how leftover steak and penne pasta goes perfectly in this recipe. Though its sauce is already creamy and buttery, adding grated parmesan is a great choice, especially if you want to put extra richness to your pasta.

To enhance the taste of your creamy penne pasta even more, pair them with red wine on its side.

Here's the recipe.

5. Mongolian beef copycat

Are you looking for a recipe that can save your leftover steak and make the whole family fall in love? This copycat Mongolian beef dish is a winner!

The recipe's highlight is the sweet sauce made of soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. I love to make my sauce thicker, so adding more cornstarch into the mixture is a great way to achieve it. If you want a little added flair, I suggest adding sesame seeds on top of the dish.

Tip: You can freeze this Mongolian beef recipe. Find how to freeze them here.

6. Steak fajita fried rice

Combined with leftover steak, seasonings, Worcestershire sauce, fresh lime juice, and rice, this steak fajita fried rice will bring that restaurant eating experience you're craving at home.

Besides the leftover steak, you can add any leftover veggies you have on hand to the dish, such as broccoli, cabbage, peas, and sliced carrots!

And oh...the taste and aroma are so addicting! To make it more extraordinary, try adding a sunny-side egg on top. Yum!

8. Blue cheese steak panini

Stuffed with dijon mustard, crumbled blue cheese, red onion jam, and leftover steak, this fantastic snack will sure impress the family. It's creamy and crispy in every bite!

While the apple cider vinegar provides this little tanginess to the red onion jam, the butter and blue cheese create that buttery and sweet profile to the sandwich.

They're truly worth devouring!
