McDonald’s announced its new value platform, McValue, set to roll out in restaurants nationwide across the U.S. starting January 7, 2025. It includes the $5 Meal Deal, exclusive in-app offers, and local food and drink deals.
McDonald’s $5 Meal Deal, which has been officially extended through next summer, offers options such as a McDouble or McChicken sandwich, small fries, 4-piece Chicken McNuggets, and a small soft drink.
But the highlight is the new “Buy One, Add One for $1” promotion, which allows customers to customize their deals by purchasing one full-priced item and adding a second item for just $1.
“Here’s how it works: buy one full-priced menu item from the McValue menu and add one more item of your choice for just $1,” the company explained.
The McValue “Buy One, Add One for $1” menu includes breakfast items like the Sausage McMuffin, Sausage Biscuit, Sausage Burrito, and Hash Browns. Lunch and dinner options feature 6-piece Chicken McNuggets, Double Cheeseburger, McChicken, and small fries.
