Customers will be able to order the new sandwiches starting October 28.
Jimmy John’s is expanding its menu with the debut of its new item: the Picklewich. Customers can order the chain’s brand-new favorite in two options: the Vito Picklewich and the Turkey Picklewich; both sandwiches will be available at participating locations nationwide, starting Monday, October 28, through Thursday, November 14.
The Picklewich replaces bread with a giant kosher dill pickle to give the classic sandwich a bold, ‘dill-icious’ twist. Each sandwich offers “a juicy, crunchy, and satisfying bite.”
The Vito Picklewich is a twist on Jimmy John’s Italian Vito sandwich, which features salami, capocollo, and provolone cheese with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, and oregano-basil, all wrapped in a giant Jimmy Pickle.
For a lighter option, the company introduces the Turkey Picklewich, which combines Jimmy John’s signature turkey and provolone, along with fresh lettuce and tomato, also sandwiched between two crisp pickle halves.
Pickle Jimmy Chips Return & National Sandwich Day
Jimmy John’s also revealed the return of its Pickle Jimmy Chips to “complement the Picklewich.” “The salty, sour, dilly, and delicious pickle flavor is added to classic Jimmy Chips,” the press release said.
To celebrate National Sandwich Day on November 3, Jimmy John’s is offering members of its Freaky Fast Rewards program a 50% discount on a Picklewich with the purchase of any 8-inch sandwich.
The company added that customers who order an 8-inch sandwich after 2 PM will receive a free combo with Jimmy Chips and a drink throughout November and December.
