The casual brunch chain announces the return of a classic favorite and new additions.
First Watch’s holiday menu has officially arrived, and this year’s offerings promise “to spark the joy of the season.”
The casual brunch chain has done away with some of its tried-and-true holiday menu items, such as the Sunny Seoul Hash in 2023 and the Barbacoa Breakfast Burrito in 2022, which was a big hit among burrito fans.
The company presents this year’s holiday menu, featuring the return of the classic First Watch favorite, Cinnamon Chip Pancake Breakfast, and introducing four new additions: Double Crunch Breakfast Tacos, Stay Golden Cinnamon Roll, Steak & Eggs Hash, and Red Medicine.
“From comforting classics with a modern twist to vibrant, seasonal dishes, there’s something for everyone to enjoy,” said Shane Schaibly, Senior Vice President of Culinary Strategy at First Watch.

The Stay Golden Cinnamon Roll is a tasty option made with a freshly baked roll, lemon cream cheese icing, and gold sprinkles. The Steak & Eggs Hash includes seared steak, roasted Crimini mushrooms and onions, mozzarella, and fresh spinach mixed in a savory potato hash. It is then topped with two cage-free eggs cooked to order, rich Parmesan cream sauce, and fresh herbs, served with Parmesan-crusted ciabatta.
The refreshing Red Medicine combines pomegranate, cranberry, black tea, honey, and cinnamon. Meanwhile, the classic Cinnamon Chip Pancake Breakfast features two cage-free eggs cooked any style, a cinnamon chip pancake, and your choice of hardwood smoked bacon or chicken, pork or turkey sausage.
A standout item on the menu is the Double Crunch Breakfast Tacos. This item includes “seared steak, house-roasted Crimini mushrooms and onions, Mozzarella and fresh spinach in a potato hash.”
“My personal favorite of this menu is the Double Crunch Breakfast Tacos. We’ve reimagined this cult classic with a breakfast twist..,” Schaibly said in a press release.
First Watch invites guests to enjoy its festive offerings, available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for pickup, delivery, and dine-in service.
