The chain wants you to celebrate after the game day.
Mondays just got a little better, thanks to Chipotle. The fast-casual chain is giving football fans a reason to celebrate with its new “Extra Sunday” offer on February 10, 2025.
Chipotle announced that Rewards members can get free Guacamole and Queso Blanco with any entrée purchase during the event by using the promo code “EXTRA25” through the Chipotle app or website.
This offer will be available starting February 10, and it marks the first time Chipotle has offered both toppings together as part of a promotion.
“We’re giving fans something to celebrate when the game is over,” said Chris Brandt, the spokesperson for the California-based chain.
According to Chipotle, the new “extra sunday” event responds to the growing demand for the Monday after the football championship to be a holiday, with over 40% of employed Americans wanting the day off.
In addition, the chain will engage fans during the game on February 9, 2025, by offering up to 50,000 free entrée codes.
Whenever something “extra” happens during the game, like a successful fourth-down conversion or extra point kick, Chipotle will share a code on X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram. Fans can then text the code to 888-222 for a chance to claim one of the free entrée codes.
