Taco Cabana’s Latest Menu Update Includes the Return of Something Truly Smoked and Savory

Texas brisket is back!

While most of us are still scrambling to figure out what to serve for Thanksgiving, the team at Taco Cabana is already moving past turkey and the holiday rush with something special.

After several menu updates this year, Taco Cabana is bringing back the popular brisket, and this time, it’s bringing along a lineup of new items that can be enjoyed now through the holidays.

For a limited time only, the restaurant chain’s Mesquite-Smoked Brisket will be available at participating Texas locations. Described as “slow-smoked for over 14 hours with real mesquite,” the brisket is “tender, juicy, and flavorful, with a true smoky aroma and taste.”

It can be enjoyed on tacos, breakfast tacos, street tacos, and loaded fries.

Taco Cabana also added new offerings to its menu: Chicken Tortilla Soup, Margarita Pitchers, Margaritas with Salted or Sugared Rims, and Fajita Meals

The Chicken Tortilla Soup includes chicken, broth, jack and cheddar cheeses, and tortilla strips, served with Mexican rice and lime wedges. Meanwhile, Margarita Pitchers are available in lime and strawberry flavors.

Margaritas can also be customized with a salted or sugared rim, available for dine-in only. The Fajita Meals feature steak, chicken, or mixed fajitas, served with rice, refried beans, tortillas, lettuce, cheese, and guacamole.

Customers can get a $5 Holiday Guest Appreciation Card with every $25 spent on Taco Cabana gift cards, while supplies last. The offer is available through December 31, and e-gift cards can be purchased online and physical cards in-store.
