1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Ralph’s Design & Deli LLC, 120 Stanley Dr #168, Aubrey, Texas 76227 (“Sponsor”).
Halo Top® is not a sponsor of or responsible for this Promotion. Coupons were provided by Halo Top® for promotional use only.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older at time of entry, excluding residents of Nevada, North Dakota, California, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Colorado, due to coupon redemption restrictions. Employees, contractors, and household family members of the Sponsor are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Entry Period
Entries open on the date this giveaway is published and close on December 7, 2025 at 11:30 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Entry deadline is enforced by the RafflePress system clock.
4. How to Enter
Entrants must submit a valid entry using the RafflePress widget hosted on CookingChew.com during the Entry Period. A valid email address and complete U.S. mailing address must be submitted at the time of entry for eligibility. Incomplete entries or entries without both a valid email address and full mailing address will be disqualified. Optional actions within the RafflePress widget may earn additional entries but are not required to enter or win.
5. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
Up to fifty (50) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of two (2) coupons redeemable for one (1) free Halo Top pint each. Approximate retail value per prize: up to $13.98 depending on local store pricing. Maximum ARV of all prizes: up to $699.00.
Sponsor reserves the right to award fewer than fifty (50) prizes if fewer eligible entries are received or if any selected winner is determined to be ineligible.
Coupons expire December 31, 2025 and must be redeemed by the expiration date. Sales tax may apply and is the sole responsibility of the winner. No cash value. No substitutions. Sponsor is not responsible for store availability of specific Halo Top flavors.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Eligible winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 8, 2025, from among all eligible entries received.
Winners may or may not be individually notified by email. Sponsor may mail prizes directly to the mailing address provided at entry without further notice.
A list of winners (first name and state only) will be made available online and/or upon written request. If any prize is returned as undeliverable or the entrant’s address is invalid, that prize may be forfeited, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner but is not required to award all available prizes.
7. Prize Fulfillment
Prizes will be mailed via USPS First Class to the mailing address provided during entry. Sponsor will mail all prizes no later than December 11, 2025. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable mail and is not obligated to replace coupons.
8. Cancellation / Termination
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion at any time prior to prize fulfillment, for any reason, including but not limited to failure to receive the intended prize supply, technical issues, fraud, or any other factor that affects the administration, fairness, or integrity of the Promotion. In the event of cancellation before prize fulfillment, Sponsor will have no obligation to award any prizes. Notice of cancellation will be posted online on CookingChew.com and/or via the RafflePress widget. Entrants are not entitled to any compensation in the event of cancellation.
9. Prize Contingency
Distribution of prizes is contingent upon Sponsor’s receipt of the coupon inventory from the prize provider. If Sponsor does not receive the coupon inventory, no prizes will be awarded.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce winners’ first names and state of residence online and/or on social platforms.
11. Privacy
Entry information is collected solely for the administration and fulfillment of this Promotion. Newsletter signup and other optional entry methods may be offered separately and are not required for entry. Personal information will not be sold or shared. Physical mailing addresses collected for prize fulfillment will be used only for this Promotion and will be deleted from the Sponsor’s content management system once all prizes have been fulfilled. Sponsor does not control the data retention policies of third-party platforms such as RafflePress.
We value your privacy. Mailing addresses are collected solely to deliver prizes and are not added to mailing lists.
12. Release
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Halo Top, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.
