walnuts

Whipped cream
as desired
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 F.
Separate out the egg whites and set the yolks aside. (Use egg yolks however you would like. You will not need them for this recipe.)
Stiffly beat the egg whites.
In a large bowl add in the beaten egg whites, walnuts, cinnamon, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Crumble the crackers by hand and add them to the bowl.
Mix the ingredients together thoroughly.
Pour the batter into a 9” pie pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Allow the pie to cool and then chill it in the refrigerator.
Serve with whipped cream as desired.
