Festive white fruit salad with seasonal winter fruits for holiday brunch.

White Fruit Salad: A Wintry Mix You’ll Actually Love!

Servings 4 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Small apples about 1 cup diced
  • 1 or 2 Golden Kiwi about ½ cup diced
  • ½ White Dragon Fruit about 1 cup diced
  • ½ large Mango or 1 small Mango about ¾ cup diced
  • 1 Banana about 1 cup diced, depending on size
  • 2 T lemon or lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Peel all of the fruits and discard the peels into a composting container if possible.
  • Dice all of the fruits into ½ to ¾-inch pieces and add the cut fruit to a large bowl.
  • It’s okay if you have a bit more or less than the above measurements or to leave out anything you don’t particularly like. 
  • Add the lime or lemon juice and gently stir to combine. 
  • It’s ready to eat immediately, or it will keep, covered and continuously chilled, for up to three days.
