Peel all of the fruits and discard the peels into a composting container if possible.
Dice all of the fruits into ½ to ¾-inch pieces and add the cut fruit to a large bowl.
It’s okay if you have a bit more or less than the above measurements or to leave out anything you don’t particularly like.
Add the lime or lemon juice and gently stir to combine.
It’s ready to eat immediately, or it will keep, covered and continuously chilled, for up to three days.
