We lined our air fryer tray with foil but you can use cooking spray to help keep it from sticking.
Lay one tortilla on the air fryer tray or basket, and the other on a plate.
Butter each of the flour tortillas on one side.
Sprinkle garlic powder, parsley flakes, and Italian seasoning on the buttered side of each tortilla.
Sprinkle ½ c of mozzarella on each tortilla.
Carefully lift and place the plated tortilla on top of the one in the air fryer basket. Press down lightly.
Cook in the air fryer at 400F for 5 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
Let sit in air fryer basket for one minute. Then remove with tongs or spatula to a cutting board.
Cut into fourths and serve immediately with your main dish.
