Vegetable toast
- 1 Slice of bread
- ¼ c Cottage cheese
- 1 t Parsley
- 3 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 T Sprouts
- ⅛ t Salt
- ⅛ t Pepper
Fruit toast
- 1 Slice of bread
- ¼ c Cottage cheese
- 2 Strawberries
- 10 Blueberries
Wash and dry the tomatoes and fruit.
Slice the fruit and tomatoes; set aside.
Toast 2 slices of bread.
Spread ¼ c of cottage cheese on each piece of toast.
Add toppings as shown in the photos.
Season the vegetable toast as desired.
