Jalapeño Lime Fizz Cocktail

Renee' Groskreutz
A refreshing cocktail with a perfect balance of citrus, spice, and a touch of sweetness. The combination of tequila (or mezcal), bourbon, and a homemade jalapeño-lime infusion creates a bold yet smooth drink, finished with a bubbly kick from ginger beer or club soda.

Instructions

  • Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice.

Notes

  • For a smokier flavor, use mezcal instead of tequila.
  • Adjust the heat by adding or reducing jalapeño slices in the infusion.
  • Ginger beer adds extra spice, while club soda keeps it lighter.
