How to Saute Peppers ( 3 Ingredients)

Recipe for how to easily saute peppers with only olive oil and salt. This is easy and creates perfectly sauteed bell peppers.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 T olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the peppers. Remove the seeds and ribs from them. Cut them into ½” strips.
  • Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add olive oil, peppers, and salt to the hot pan.
  • Spread the peppers out in the pan and allow them to cook for 5 minutes or until they begin to soften. Stir often.
  • Turn the heat down to medium-low and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the peppers are tender.

Notes

Feel free to add more olive oil as needed.
