How to roast mini peppers

This is how we roast sweet peppers in the air fryer.

- 6 mini peppers
- 1 t olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Wash and dry the peppers.
Cut the ends off of the peppers.
In a mixing bowl, add the peppers, olive oil and a dash of salt and pepper.
Stir to coat the peppers.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Place the peppers in the air fryer basket in one layer. Spread them out so that they have a bit of space between them.
Cook for 6 minutes.
Open the air fryer and flip the peppers with tongs.
Cook for another 4 to 6 minutes.
