How to roast mini peppers

This is how we roast sweet peppers in the air fryer.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 mini peppers
  • 1 t olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the peppers.
  • Cut the ends off of the peppers.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the peppers, olive oil and a dash of salt and pepper. 
  • Stir to coat the peppers.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Place the peppers in the air fryer basket in one layer. Spread them out so that they have a bit of space between them. 
  • Cook for 6 minutes.
  • Open the air fryer and flip the peppers with tongs.
  • Cook for another 4 to 6 minutes.
