Ingredients

  • Rotisserie chicken
  • Oven
  • Oven-safe baking dish
  • Aluminum foil
  • Tongs

Instructions

  • First, preheat your oven to 350 °F.
  • While the oven is preheating, remove the chicken from the refrigerator and place it in an oven-safe dish.
  • Cover the dish with a lid and put it in your oven. You can also cover the chicken with aluminum foil. It will help the chicken retain its moisture.
  • Heat the chicken until it reaches 165 °F, check the temperature by inserting a thermometer into the deepest part of the chicken.
  • If you want the rotisserie chicken to have crispy brown skin, then once the chicken has cooked, remove the cover.
  • Let it roast for 5 more minutes in the oven, which will turn the chicken skin into a nice golden color.
