While the oven preheats, use a sheet of aluminum foil to line a baking sheet and place the egg rolls on the sheet.
Place the egg rolls in the oven.
Cook for 2 ½ minutes and then flip the egg roll so that it can get crispy on both sides.
Remove the egg rolls and verify that they have reached your desired temperature. If not return them to the oven and cook in 2-minute increments. (The ideal temperature for egg roll is 165 F.)
