Grinch Christmas Charcuterie Board

This playful Grinch charcuterie board is perfect for Christmas gatherings! Easy to make and full of festive cheer, it’s a delicious centerpiece that will delight both kids and adults.

Ingredients
  

  • Salami
  • Green grapes
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Prosciutto
  • Feta or halloumi
  • Dark grapes
  • Dried cherry
  • Spruce branches or rosemary/thyme
  • Red chili pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut a 4-inch circle from cheddar cheese, about 1/4 inch thick, and divide it into three equal sections for the eyes.
  • Roll a small cube of cheese into a ball for the hat pom-pom.
  • Arrange green grapes in the center of the platter to form the face.
  • Place prosciutto at the bottom for the beard and layer salami on top for the hat. Add the pom-pom at the tip of the hat.
  • Position the cheese sections for the eyes on the grapes, adding dark grapes or black olives for the pupils.
  • Add thin strips of cheddar or green bell pepper for the eyebrows.
  • Cut a curved strip of chili pepper for the mouth and place it at the bottom of the face.
  • Garnish with spruce branches or rosemary and scatter extra grapes and cheese cubes around the platter.
