Grinch Christmas Charcuterie Board

This playful Grinch charcuterie board is perfect for Christmas gatherings! Easy to make and full of festive cheer, it’s a delicious centerpiece that will delight both kids and adults.

Salami Green grapes Cheddar cheese Prosciutto Feta or halloumi Dark grapes Dried cherry Spruce branches or rosemary/thyme Red chili pepper
Cut a 4-inch circle from cheddar cheese, about 1/4 inch thick, and divide it into three equal sections for the eyes.
Roll a small cube of cheese into a ball for the hat pom-pom.
Arrange green grapes in the center of the platter to form the face.
Place prosciutto at the bottom for the beard and layer salami on top for the hat. Add the pom-pom at the tip of the hat.
Position the cheese sections for the eyes on the grapes, adding dark grapes or black olives for the pupils.
Add thin strips of cheddar or green bell pepper for the eyebrows.
Cut a curved strip of chili pepper for the mouth and place it at the bottom of the face.
Garnish with spruce branches or rosemary and scatter extra grapes and cheese cubes around the platter.
