Ingredients
  

  • 4 c raw Mixed Greens
  • ¼ c Water
  • teaspoon your favorite seasoning blend like lemon pepper steakhouse blend, seasoned salt, or plain table salt and a couple turns of cracked pepper

Instructions
 

  • Scissor or tear greens into smaller pieces as desired.
  • Add greens and water to a high-sided non-stick frying pan on low heat.
  • Cook and stir often with tongs until the greens are wilted but still bright in color. 
  • Add seasoning. Stir again and remove from heat.
  • Serve immediately.
