- 4 c raw Mixed Greens
- ¼ c Water
- ⅛ teaspoon your favorite seasoning blend like lemon pepper steakhouse blend, seasoned salt, or plain table salt and a couple turns of cracked pepper
Scissor or tear greens into smaller pieces as desired.
Add greens and water to a high-sided non-stick frying pan on low heat.
Cook and stir often with tongs until the greens are wilted but still bright in color.
Add seasoning. Stir again and remove from heat.
Serve immediately.
