Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding

This is a quick and easy chia pudding recipe that includes chocolate and peanut butter. Make it the night before and let it thicken in the fridge.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ c chia seeds
  • 1 ¼ c almond milk or any nut milk
  • 4 t cocoa powder
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 4 T peanut butter
  • 3 T honey
  • ¼ t salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and completely mixed.
  • Transfer to an airtight container or containers. (Small mason jars)
  • Chill overnight.
  • Stir and serve.
  • Top with berries, chocolate chips, or nuts.
