Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding

This is a quick and easy chia pudding recipe that includes chocolate and peanut butter. Make it the night before and let it thicken in the fridge.

- ¼ c chia seeds
- 1 ¼ c almond milk or any nut milk
- 4 t cocoa powder
- 1 t vanilla
- 4 T peanut butter
- 3 T honey
- ¼ t salt
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and completely mixed.
Transfer to an airtight container or containers. (Small mason jars)
Chill overnight.
Stir and serve.
Top with berries, chocolate chips, or nuts.
