Servings 8 Christmas Trees

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green chocolate melting wafers
  • 8, Biscoff Ginger Cookies
  • Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  • Cut or tear off parchment paper to fit a large baking sheet. Then trace 8 triangles that are 2 or 3 inches on the long side. This will be your guide for making your Christmas trees. Depending on the size of your triangles (trees), you may want to prepare 2 pieces of parchment paper.
  • Place the parchment paper, drawing side down on the baking sheet.
  • Place a cookie halfway in each of the triangles.
  • Melt the green chocolate wafters according to the instructions.
  • Transfer the melted chocolate to your piping bag and then cut off a very small tip so that it will be a thin strip of chocolate.
  • Starting from the bottom, horizontally pipe layers of the tree all the way to the top of the triangle and decorate with sprinkles before the chocolate dries.
  • Repeat for all of the trees.
  • Allow the chocolate to harden and set before removing them trees from the parchment paper.
  • Enjoy.

Notes

For best results, overlap the chocolate layers while piping to ensure the trees are sturdy enough for easy handling.
