Tangy and Delicious Champagne Vinaigrette

You can make this vinaigrette in less than 5 minutes. You can create this yummy champagne vinaigrette dressing that will pair well with salads or appetizers.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 T. champagne vinegar

  • 1 T. fresh lemon juice

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 small shallot

  • 1 T. Dijon mustard

Dijon mustard

  • 1 T. honey

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel shallot and finely dice. Set aside.
  • In a non-reactive bowl, combine champagne vinegar, lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil, shallot, Dijon mustard, and honey.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Whisk ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Transfer into serving vessel and use immediately, or store in fridge until needed.
