Tangy and Delicious Champagne Vinaigrette

You can make this vinaigrette in less than 5 minutes. You can create this yummy champagne vinaigrette dressing that will pair well with salads or appetizers.

lemon juice ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Peel shallot and finely dice. Set aside.
In a non-reactive bowl, combine champagne vinegar, lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil, shallot, Dijon mustard, and honey.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Whisk ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Transfer into serving vessel and use immediately, or store in fridge until needed.
