Ingredients
  

  • 1 c cottage cheese

Instructions
 

  • Place the cottage cheese in strainer and strain out excess water
  • Place the cottage cheese in a food processor and pulse for 10 seconds
  • Remove the cottage cheese and use in your recipe as a replace for ricotta cheese
