Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Spiced Rum
  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut
  • Grated Nutmeg for garnish
  • Pineapple Wedge for garnish
  • Maraschino Cherry for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a shaker with ice cubes about halfway full.
  • Pour the spiced rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut into the shaker.
  • Shake well until the mixture is well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a large glass filled with ice.
  • Grate fresh nutmeg on top of the drink for garnish.
  • Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can adjust the amount of cream of coconut and juices to suit your taste. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add a bit more cream of coconut.
  • For a more robust nutmeg flavor, you can also add a pinch of ground nutmeg to the shaker before shaking.
  • If you like a frothier drink, shake the ingredients vigorously for longer.
