Wash and dry the potatoes
Poke the potatoes with a fork
Coat the potatoes with 1/2 T of the olive oil
Bake potatoes for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
While the potatoes are cooking, in a large bowl mix together the olive oil and spices.
Open the air fryer and verify that they are fork tender. If they aren't cook them in 5 minute increments until they are.
Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and place them on a baking sheet. Allow them to cool to the touch.
Use a spatula or the bottom of a small glass to smash the potatoes.
Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss them to coat.
Place the potatoes back in the air fryer set at 400 degrees. Cook them for 6 minutes.
Turn them and cook them for another 6 minutes or until they are crispy.
Serve hot
