Slow Cooker Creamy Corn Recipe
A bag of frozen corn, stick of butter, and a package of cream cheese cook on low for a rich, creamy side dish that you'll enjoy year round.

- 30 oz frozen whole-kernel corn
- 8 oz package cream cheese
- ½ c butter 1 stick
- 2 T granulated sugar
- ½ t salt
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 t smoked paprika optional
Pour frozen corn into a 4- or 5-quart slow cooker.
Place butter and cream cheese on top.
Sprinkle over sugar and salt then grind fresh pepper to taste.
Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hr, stirring occasionally.
Stir well and serve warm.
