Ingredients

large white potatoes

sea salt

malt vinegar
Instructions
Wash and dry potatoes.
Slice thin, preferably with a mandolin slicer
like this one
.
Soak slices in cold water for 25 minutes.
Preheat the air dryer to 350°F.
Dry the potatoes thoroughly.
Drizzle with olive oil, malt vinegar and salt.
Cook in the air fryer for 8 minutes.
Flip the chips with tongs.
Increase heat to 400°F.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Remove and enjoy.
