This rotisserie chicken salad recipe is extremely versatile. You can add ingredients and remove ingredients to your liking.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 c of shredded chicken
  • 1/4 c mayo
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • 2 green onion stalks
  • 1/2 c grapes sliced (optional)
  • 3 T crushed pecans optional
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t paprika
  • 1 t dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • Remove the chicken from the bones and shred it into small pieces as you go. Another option is to remove the chicken in large pieces and cut it into chunks.
  • Wash and dry the green onions. Slice the green onion into thin rounds.
  • Wash and dry the grapes. Cut them into small slices.
  • Crush the pecans into small pieces.
  • Add all ingredients into a medium non-reactive bowl. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Serve and enjoy.
