Apple Slice Wedge
¼-inch, Peeled
Large Ice Cube
Rim:
Honey

Cinnamon Stick
Star Anise
Instructions
Spread the cinnamon around in a small plate.
Use the honey to coat the rim of your lowball glass.
Submerge the rim into the cinnamon until coated. Set aside.
In a lowball glass, add in the pumpkin spice syrup, bitters, apple slice, and muddle.
Pour in the bourbon and club soda.
Stir the drink with the cinnamon stick.
Add a
large ice cube
.
Enjoy, and remember to drink responsibly!
Notes
If you’re not a fan of pulp, then after you’ve muddled the ingredients, strain out the apple bits with a mesh strainer.
